Beware of their tip policy, which does not exist in writing or rule anywhere but out of thin air that will ruin the massage experience towards the end. I had Erin and she did an excellent job with the massage, however, when it came to pay, she expected a 20 dollar tip for a 50 dollar service (40% forceful tip) which did not make any sense to me. I have no problem tipping but the way she rudely demanded that was a turn off and I wanted to give 12% out of anger, yet she charged me extra when she took my card. I was planning to come regularly, but with this rude and forceful demands, never. again.

I have been here a few times however the place is simply too noisy. A lot of workers chatting with one another in the lobby which prevents you from being able to relax. Another issue is how cold the rooms get. They desperately need heaters in the rooms.

This places workers are more money hungry than those at a strip club, i paid $120 for a $75 massage and they made me feel like i was ripping then off for tip.

This is a great local spot for massage. I have asked for Erin for the last few appointments and here’s why. I will often arrive with an area of tension and without even identifying it she seems to know where and what to do. My last visit I had a sore hip that had been bothering me for a month. She got to work and she made it clear that my IT Band had been strained. After the massage I have been doing my own release stretching and am back to my old self. I will add that you can’t get a 90 minute massage for 75$ anywhere, and a 20$ tip seems reasonable, but round up to 100$ with a smile. These body workers are hard at work 6 or 7 days a week.

Compared to what I am used to in Texas, this place is a joke. It was an all girls massage day for my family. First. They made us pay before service, said they won’t accept card, my sister had to drive out to go find cash. We had intended to do 1hour treats but ended up eith 30minutes. The massage felt rushed.. then the sheets were old. The masseuse talked to me all through and I was wondering why. I usually like it quiet. They didn’t have soothing music, neither did the rooms have the dim lights. It was full blown brightly lit. There were no scented candles or anything to have a soothing vibe in the massage room. The lady kept opening the door, even when I was changing just to go out to speak to her coworkers, they even yelled out conversations across rooms. The massage itself was good but I didn’t enjoy it because the mood wasn’t set right. Lastly, I’m not sure if she forgot about my legs, but a full body massage without my legs getting any? At that point, I was actually ready to leave. Pleasant ladies but nothing compared to the kind of spa treatments I’m used to. However, my fam thought the massage was good either way, so we might or might not go back there. It will be a last resort for me to go back there. My sister was offended coz they made us pay cash but another group that came after us paid with card, I’m not sure what the rationale was. Sigh.

Last night was my first visit and the experience was out of this world Both of my sisters have been here a number of times and highly recommended it to me. May was my massage therapist and is an angelic being! She is amazing at what she does and my body feels relaxed in a way it has never felt before! All of the staff here are so kind and hospitable. They have really honed their craft and have such a healing touch I highly recommend this place to everyone!

Positive:ProfessionalismAmy was my therapist and she was masterful. I hadn’t been to a massage place ever and wasn’t to sure what I was getting into. However, I have friends who have gone and assured me it would be worth the experience to go. It was in the morning and I was waiting for my vehicle to be serviced so I had time to do something but I was feeling pretty sore and stiff. I actually ask the shop where my vehicle was at if they could recommend a place. There where several in the immediate erea and the remarks started flying at me. When I assured them I had a stiff neck and shoulder pain and sore feet they took me serious and said go her. I walked up and opened the door and was greeted and ask what type of issues and massage I wanted. After brief description of my pains I was esscorted to a little room and assisted in getting ready for my treatment. Amy spoke Lil english but we knew with the assistance of greeter what I needed. Amy went right to work and made me as comfortable as I could be. Amy the Massues manage to hit a variety of emotions Fron me, soothing relief to intent relief and watered eyes from relief. I felt great after I left their and said I would definitely be coming back for further treatment. Long story short, I really like this place Abd would definitely recommend it for those deep done aches stiffness and soreness your longing to get rid of.
