Scheduling online was fine. Checkin was brusque but not unusual. Waited an entire hour for a doctor to see me for 90 seconds, ask me one question confirming what I was there for, then left again. Waited another 20 minutes to get my blood drawn. Phlebotomist blew out my vein, then waited another 20 minutes for a second phlebotomist.Then they lost my tests. Then they wouldn’t answer my email. Then they wouldn’t answer the phone when I called.
